Abi day

A couple of Saturdays ago I took Abi to the library for the Pokemon club.
Pokemon is something that has recently become very popular with both of our girls.
It was a little overwhelming at first because it was our first time and we weren't sure what to do.
But this boy helped Abi to figure out how to properly battle with the cards and he even gave her a bunch of cards for free (one really special one).
He was very nice.
She had a great time.

Afterward we decided to try Swig for the first time.
It was really fun.

John was really into Pokemon last year. I never figured out how to play it, but he loved it. One of his female friends at school was really into it too and she came over one time with all of her cards all organized in a binder. It was so cute.

Yep. That is what Abi has. A big binder with all her cards in alphabetical order because... well. She is my kid.
I think it is so funny because I can't keep all of them straight and yet Maddy and Abi can.

Kennon just came back from Utah and was telling me about Swig. I was so confused about a place that just had drinks, but not bar drinks. Gotta love Utah. They start all kinds of crazy trends and then support them whole-heartedly.
