April Reads

I read a grand total of ONE book in April!
Haha.
Okay so that is new.
I did have other books I was listening to and reading throughout the month but this is the only book I read start to finish during the month.
I wanted to read Susan Branch's A Fine Romance, Falling in love with the English Countryside again before my trip but instead I ended up taking it with me on the trip.
I loved this book the first time I read it. But I loved it even more this time.
Reading about their harrowing driving experience after I had been driving in England for a few days made it even more hilarious. I laughed so hard and then I had to read it out loud to my mom so she could laugh too.
Susan is a fantastic writer. She really connects to the reader and you feel like you are there with her.
I am so glad I read this book on our trip and I know I will return to this book again and again.
To see my first review of this book, you can read it here on Scones and Crackers.
